We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the towels in the room were fluffy. the hotel is situated in a great area close to restaurants and shops, which was convenient. the breakfast was also good with a variety of options.

The air conditioning in our room was very weak and barely cooled the room. the noise from neighboring rooms and the street outside was very loud, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel has friendly reception and restaurant staff who made us feel welcomed with complementary fruit and a delicious omelette from the omelette bar. the bathroom was amazing and the breakfast was really good. the spa area, which is part of the hotel, had a cigarette smell.

The internet connection created problems for reconnection, especially for Samsung mobile users. the hotel should remove the interface and go for a simpler connection to avoid further issues.

The hotel was located close to the beach and had a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. They decorated the lobby really nicely for Christmas. The breakfast was good and they even had a chocolate fountain.
